1. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We want to get our vibrant, hand-crafted domes to you as simply as possible.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $19.99 standard shipping Australia-wide.

• Free Shipping: Spend $120 or more and your shipping is on us!

2. Our "Heat-Safe" Packaging

Chocolate and the Australian sun don't usually get along, so we’ve designed our shipping process to beat the heat:

• Protective Boxes: All orders are shipped in our protective mailers Boxes with insulation.

• Insulation: We use gel packs and polypropylene liners where necessary to maintain a stable temperature for your Chocolates

3. Dispatch Schedule (Monday – Wednesday)

To avoid your premium chocolates sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend, we only dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be held for dispatch the following Monday to ensure freshness.

4. Delivery Address & Authority to Leave

• Stay Cool: We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package (like a workplace).

• Authority to Leave: If you choose to have the parcel left at your door, Cocoa Crave cannot be held responsible for melting that occurs while the package sits outside.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and ready for its journey, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please keep an eye on your tracking to ensure you can bring your chocolates inside as soon as they arrive!
