At Cocoa Crave, we take immense pride in our chocolates. Because chocolate is sensitive to temperature, we use specific packaging to protect your order. But sometimes things are out of our hands and we understand that the customer should not be penalized for issues during transit. If your order arrives in a state that is less than perfect, we are committed to making it right.

Damaged or Melted Goods

If your chocolates arrive melted or damaged, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Take a clear photo of the damaged chocolates and the packaging.

  • Contact: Email the photos and your order number to admin@cocoacrave.com.au

  • Resolution: Once we review the images, we will contact you to arrange either a full replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

At Cocoa Crave, we use natural ingredients and artisan techniques, slight variations in color and finish are a hallmark of our craft. However, if you feel the quality of your chocolates is not up to our premium standard, please contact us immediately at admin@cocoacrave.com.au.
