Shipping & Delivery

What should I do if my chocolates arrive melted? We take every precaution to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect, glossy condition. However, if the Aussie weather wins and your chocolates arrive melted, please take a photo immediately and email it to admin@cocoacrave.com.au. We’ll get in touch right away to arrange a full refund or a fresh replacement.

How do you prevent chocolates from melting during shipping? To keep our chocolate safe, we only ship via Express Post on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This prevents your package from sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend. We also pack every order with reusable gel ice packs and specialized insulation to ensure they stay cool all the way to your front door.

Note: During extreme heatwaves (40°C+), we may slightly delay shipping your order to ensure your chocolates don't melt in transit.

What should I do with the ice packs once my order arrives? Don't throw them away! The gel packs are completely reusable. Simply pop them in your freezer and use them for your next picnic or lunchbox—they work incredibly well!

Storage & Quality

How should I store my chocolate? Living in Australia, we know how intense the summer heat can get! While we ship with ice packs, we recommend storing your chocolates in a cool, dry place. If it gets too hot, it is perfectly fine to pop the box in the fridge to keep them firm.

Why are your chocolates more affordable than other premium brands? At Cocoa Crave, we focus on the art of chocolate, not the overhead of a retail store. Because we don't have a physical shopfront, we save significantly on rent and utilities. We choose to pass those savings directly onto you, so you get premium, handcrafted chocolates at a much fairer price. Even with these savings, we never compromise on quality—we still exclusively use premium Callebaut Belgian chocolate and the finest ingredients.

Allergens & Ingredients

Do all your chocolates contain nuts? Not all of our chocolates have nuts as an ingredient

While we do not use peanuts in our kitchen, please be aware that all of our chocolates are handcrafted in the same space. Because of this, there is a chance of cross-contact, and all of our non-nut chocolates may contain traces of tree nuts
